On day one, Mary Jane turned up and grabbed a broom to help us start getting the house in order. It was listed on Wednesday and on Saturday we got an offer that eventually panned out to be more than the asking price. This was a particularly difficult closing as the buyer was getting a VA loan and that means a massive amount of extra stuff had to be done but Mary Jane helped all along the way. Thanks to her hard work, the closing day went off without a hitch. And it is great that a proportion goes to our favorite charity.
